Gill Robb Wilson (1893-1966) served with the Lafayette Escadrille and the U.S. Signal Corps in World War I before returning to seminary school and serving as a Presbyterian minister in Trenton, New Jersey from 1921-1930. A pilot and a strong advocate of aviation, Wilson served as Director of Aviation for the state of New Jersey from 1930-1944.
